The Sanseveria is a staple in my easy to care for house plant collection, also known as snake plant or mother in laws tongue!!
Extremely easy to care for they prefer a dry, warm environment and will thrive in bright light and even direct sun but will also tolerate medium to low light conditions. At the moment these beauties are a minimum of 50cm tall.
This is an ideal plant for the bedroom as it converts carbon dioxide to oxygen at night, pretty cool!
sanseveria like to completely dry out between watering, when watering which could be as little as once a month place the pot in a bowl of water for an hour or until the water level stops going down and allow the roots to drink as much as they need. Rotate your plant periodically so that it can photosynthesise efficiently.
DO NOT OVER WATER!!
